Living Man Declarations Available.
The New Zealand Common Law Court of Justice now have Living Man or Living Woman Declarations available on the nzcommonlawcourt.org website
You may record your legal fiction birth certificate with the NZ Common Law Court and receive a certificate filled out in your name (sample below). This document is proof that you, the living man or woman are lawfully separated from the legal fiction.
Other declarations to record the lawful ownership of assets such as property and conveyances are in the pipeline.
